These tax fees, plus any additional fees derived from importation, such as processing or brokerage fees, are solely the customer’s responsibility. Please check your country's customs policies before buying an item. We will not be responsible if Customs holds or confiscates certain items.

Important Update for Our Valued U.S. Customers

Due to recent changes in U.S. trade policies, a 32% import tariff has been imposed on goods from Indonesia, effective immediately. This means that all Quadrostyle orders shipped to the United States are now subject to this tariff, payable upon arrival.

• Order Cancellation: Orders can be canceled within 48 hours of purchase. After this period, orders are processed and cannot be canceled.
• Import Duties: All duties and charges are the responsibility of the client and must be paid upon the goods' arrival in the U.S.
• Refused Shipments: Orders that are refused will be destroyed by customs, and no returns or refunds will be possible.
